Comfortable Creations are a Construction line gold certified company who specialise in both PPM and reactive maintenance as well as full refurbishments of Commercial and Residential properties.

In order to specialise in both the teams are split equally into two departments, one covering the commercial maintenance and refurbishment contracts. The second looking after the local residential and landlord works, allowing the teams to focus their efforts and maximise our efficiency for our clients.

We work alongside commercial clients, business owners, landlords, home owners, estate agents, management companies, Hospital trusts and schools to carry out professional quality refurbishments and maintenance.

We offer contractor services to a diverse clientele in and around London and the South East. Anything from high end refurbishments to anti-ligature repairs and works in Hospital wards.

Throughout all stages of a project life cycle or maintenance contract we deliver efficient and supportive customer service, and you benefit from knowing we are small enough to care whilst big enough to deliver a professional service with clearly defined costs, peace of mind and a solid working relationship.
